CIRC develops, facilitates and coordinates year-round research on the effects of changing climate in Arctic ecosystems. CIRC initiates and coordinates climate impacts research at UmU that integrates terrestrial and aquatic Arctic environments. CIRC promotes national and international research exchanges and interdisciplinary collaborations on climate effects on Arctic ecosystems.
